Additional Park Information
Included in the purchase of your brand new West Well Park luxury holiday lodge are the siting and delivery.
Maintenance includes the upkeep of the communal lawns, roads, sewage, lighting and electric gates.
Security includes electric gates to the park, lighting and the benefits of having other park owners close by.
Utilities include gas tanks that can be filled for a year (by the lodge owner).
Electricity is connected to each lodge with individual meters.
It is possible to purchase and connect your own small Sky dish and package.
Each individual lodge will have their own water metre.
Council Tax is not chargeable against West Well Park lodges.
