Our stunning luxury holiday lodges are manufactured with iconic and creative design concepts that compliment our superb quality and service.

All characteristics that we strive to reflect within our vision for West Well Park life. Potential lodge owners will be guided and supported through the incredible adventure of creating their own bespoke environment.

Each lodge will benefit from its own garden, private decking and parking for two vehicles. In addition the park is a secure gated environment, with maintenance being of the highest standard providing optimum well being for its occupiers.

About the area

We offer a country retreat tailored for the individual to enjoy through the drama of natures seasons, with long country walks literally on your door step, incorporating access trails for rambling, running and cycling. 

For those seeking leisure pursuits and activities within clubs, centres and classes, a broad range of local and private facilities are in easy reach of the park. This will include: gymnasiums, swimming pools, golf courses and structured outdoor pursuits.

FAQs

West Well Park Luxury Park lodges are situated on plots, known as “Pitches”, on a privately owned estate. 

Our lodges have efficient double glazing and energy-efficient condensing boilers as standard. 

West Well park is for holiday use only, owners will benefit with 12 months access through out the year.
Owners are asked to provide proof of a permanent address before they purchase their lodge.

Yes. Pre-owned lodges may come onto the market on our site eventually. These are considered private sales, and the agreement is transferred from the old owner to the new. The park owner will need to approve new purchasers although approval cannot be unreasonably withheld, without a valid reason being provided. If the lodge is less than 10 years old, the remaining part of its Gold Shield Warranty will be passed on to the new owner.

The beauty of a bespoke lodge is that it can be adapted to your own individual particular needs, being then fully accessible, the installation of ramps and handrails for access can be arranged.

Yes. Even though park lodges are erected off-site they have the appearance and feel of a traditional bungalow, with PVC glazed windows and decor tile roof. Our Lodges do not require painting.

No. Stamp duty is a tax payable on a transfer, conveyance or lease of land. As a holiday lodge owner you do not own the land where the lodge is sited, so no stamp duty is payable.

Yes. We allow pets, this is at the park owner’s discretion, pets must be well behaved and friendly ensuring that they do not cause any nuisance to other lodge owners.

To occupy a pitch on a park you will need to pay a pitch fee / ground rent, this is the fee you pay to lease the land your lodge is occupying only. 

No, West Well Park holiday lodges cannot be sublet and are for the sole use of the lodge owner and their family only.

West Well Park lodges come with a ten year Gold Shield Warranty from the manufacturer. 

Yes. Lodges are built to BS 3632 which requires high levels of insulation for year-round use. Park lodges now come with double glazing and excellent insulation, often requiring less energy than traditionally built homes.
