Additional Park Information
Included in the purchase of your brand new West Well Park home is the siting and delivery.
Maintenance includes the upkeep of the communal lawns, roads, sewage, lighting and electric gates.
Security includes electric gates to the park, lighting and the benefits of having the park owners close by.
Utilities include gas tanks that can be filled for a year (by the home owner).
Electricity is connected to each home with individual meters.
Telephone cables go to each home, connection to phone provider is the home owners responsibility. It is possible to purchase and connect your own small Sky dish and package.
Each individual home will have their own water metre.
Council Tax is not chargeable against West Well Park homes.
